CO2NET MEMBERSHIP 2009 - 2011

Terms and Conditions of Participation

By submitting this form the organisation agrees to the terms and conditions as follows

• Commits to joining and funding CO2NET for the period to 31 December 2011 and to pay the required fee as defined for the chosen level of membership above and as set out in “CO2NET 2009 – 2011 PROPOSAL FOR CONTINUATION OF THE NETWORK” in advance within 30 days of receipt of invoice
  
  
• Provides a key representative and alternate, who will be the points of contact for the above organisation and advise the secretariat of any changes to this arrangement.
  
  
• Commits to keep all colleagues informed of CO2NET activities and information.
  
  
• Undertakes to keep the Secretariat informed of changes to CCS representatives within the organisation, address, telephone and email changes
  
  
• Undertakes to keep the Secretariat informed of CCS developments / projects / studies in which the Participant Company may be involved, subject to protection of the Participant's reasonable business interests and / or confidentiality undertakings.
  
  
• Undertakes to send a representative to the General Assemblies and / or Board meetings (if applicable) who is empowered by the organisation to take decisions and vote on any matters regarding scope of work and / or finances at these meetings on behalf of the organisation on all matters that have been notified in advance of the meetings
  
  
• Undertakes to give presentations at CO2NET Annual Seminars on such CCS developments / projects / studies, in which the Organisation may be involved, subject to protection of the Participant's reasonable business interests and / or confidentiality undertakings, to provide the education to understand CCS in detail across all its disciplines

• Undertakes to enable incoming and experienced personnel to have the opportunity to attend the seminar and participate in interactions at the working level, learning and transferring crucial lessons and skills in CCS to assist them in their role back within the organisation and in CCS projects
  
  
• Undertakes to share CCS knowledge, particularly at the researcher and detailed technical levels deep within the organisations
  

• Undertakes to provide data and articles to the Website private members’ area from time to time in relation to CCS technologies, where such information is not subject to any confidentiality undertaking within the confidentiality provisions of joint operating agreements or other agreements
  
  
• Agrees to participate actively in the CO2NET information exchange environment, wherever and whenever possible.
  
  
• Undertakes to keep and uphold Confidentiality on all proprietary and privileged information, shared within the Network by the Secretariat, the Webmaster and the other Participants
